Shop Policies: Shipping, Payments, Returns & Exchanges
- Shipping: All orders ship within 1-2 business days.
- Customs and Import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
- Payment options through: Square, Paypal, eGift cards- Accepting all major credit cards.
- Returns and Exchanges: We accept all returns and exchanges of unused incorrect or damaged products within 14 days of delivery. All damaged items must be REPORTED reported within 5 DAYS of RECEIPT. Please save all damaged packaging materials. To receive an authorized return, please contact our Customer Service Department with order details, reason for your return or exchange and images of any damaged or defective goods and all of your contact information by email at: cs@OrganicReverence.com .
- Cancellation of orders: We do accept cancellation of orders placed within 1 hour of purchase. Often times we ship very quickly and orders not canceled within this one hour time frame may have already begun the shipping process and unfortunately would not be able cancel or change ay order details after that time. The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Personalized Orders
- Perishable Products
- Digital downloads

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return (i.e. number of days)
- State of return (e.g. unworn)
- Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
- Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
- Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
- Contact details
