Return and Refund Policy

 Shop Policies: Shipping, Payments, Returns & Exchanges

• Shipping: All online orders ship within 1-2 business days; excluding local pickup which is generally ready for pick up the same business day.
• Customs and Import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
• Payment options through: Square, Paypal and eGift cards- Accepting all major credit cards.
• Returns and Exchanges: We accept all returns and exchanges of unused, incorrect or damaged products within 14 days of delivery. All damaged items must be REPORTED within 5 DAYS of RECEIPT. Please save all damaged packaging materials. To receive an authorized return, please contact our Customer Service Department with order details, reason for your return or exchange and images of any damaged or defective goods and all of your contact information by email at: cs@OrganicReverence.com .  All shipping Costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you do receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning your items.

• Cancellation of orders:  We do accept cancellation of orders placed within 1 hour of purchase. Often times we ship very quickly and orders not canceled within this one hour time frame may have already begun the shipping process and unfortunately would not be able cancel or change ay order details after that time. CONDITIONS OF RETURN: 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we WON'T accept returns for:

6. All used jewelry, clothing, crystals, metaphysical, health and personal care items
